This document is established to define the Warranty Policy through which MARA PHONES warrants the products, customer have purchased from MARA Experience Store, MARA PHONES official website, MARA PHONES Authorized Distributor, Retailer or other MARA PHONES Authorized partners to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
According to MARA PHONES Website the customer Warranty Period will Start from the Date of Purchase/From the Activation Date
In case if the IMEI Not reflecting in MARA PHONES site then we required Customer Proof Of Purchase(POP) or Invoice Copy for Validate Purpose
MARA PHONES Warrants that the products and accessories within the warranty period are free from Defects caused by Inferior Material or Design or Poor workmanship.
If Customer will repair or Replace Defective Products or any Relevant parts within the warranty Period(Technical Fault) the Product/ Spares parts will supplied by MARA PHONES Free of Cost(FOC)
Criteria Not Covered in Warranty
If the stipulated warranty period as determined from proof of purchase, has expired.
The product is not used according to the instructions as stated in user’s manual.
Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry or physical construction of the product.
If the product is tempered by way of Installation/repair work by any un-authorized person / agency.
Any external accessories or add-ons, which are not supplied by MARA PHONES.
If the warranty sticker/seal is tampered or damaged.
If the product is found to be physically damaged, rusted, wet /moist or burnt.
Damage in transit to and from service centre.
Battery Bulge due to overcharge, Battery Water Log not consider under warranty,
Charger Cable, Earphone found any Damage and it will not consider warranty
