Mara Phones Experience Store COVID-19 Guidelines

With lockdown easing in many parts of the world, people will be concerned about their safety in public places. It is the responsibility of store owners to take the right security measures in order to make their customers feel better. We at Mara Phones, are taking the right precautions to ensure that our employees and customers remain safe.

A Glimpse into the Current Situation

With over 4.44 million confirmed COVID-19 cases, and more than 302K deaths, the world is struggling to contain the spread of this fatal virus. The adverse implications of this pandemic have forced companies to close their doors and people to stay inside their homes in isolation.

Similar to a majority of industries, the electronics sector was also forced to halt its operation due to the growing spread of coronavirus. In many parts of the world, smartphone dealerships continue to be shut down.

But, slowly, the global economy is trying to recover its lost pace. Stores and public places are being open with limited capacity and extreme safety measures.

Mara – Taking the Right Measures for Our Customers

At Mara, we have always ensured to put our customers’ expectations and needs at the top priority. We have vowed to take the safety of our customers and employees seriously with comprehensive guidelines.

Regular Disinfection

Viruses can stay on the surface for a long time, and in order to mitigate this challenge, we disinfect our surface on a regular basis. We use strong alcohol-based disinfected products in order to clean the store’s surface, workstations, display benches, repair desks, etc.

Sanitizer Usage

Regularly washing and sanitizing are among the two important safety procedures that we all need to adhere to. And we have ensured that all our facilities are equipped with sanitizers. We promote the use of sanitizers among the employees as well as customers to make sure everyone remains safe.

Cleaning in-Between

Our safety guidelines are extremely thorough. When we deal with customers, we make sure we are cleaning the phone’s display between the processes. Extreme safety measures are needed to keep everyone around us safe, and this is our way of doing the same. In case of repairs, employees clean the phone before they start their work, sanitize it in between, and do the same before giving away the phone to the customers.

Temperature Checking

Considering that the symptoms of coronavirus occur gradually, we have to stay agile and prepared. Before starting the shifts, all the employees of Mara will be temperature checked outside the facility. If someone has above normal temperature will not be allowed to stay on the premises. By regular checking, we also help our employees to stay aware of the health and identify the issue in the early stages itself.

Social Distancing

We are pairing our above safety guidelines with strict social distancing measures. The employees in our facilities will be greeting the customers with a wave, nod, or bow instead of shaking their hands. However, it is not possible to eliminate the person-to-person interaction within the facility; therefore, we ensure that there is 2 meters distance between the executive and customer. Moreover, our employees will be wearing masks, and we encourage our customers to do the same as well.

Our fight with COVID-19 is far from over. With cases increasing every day and no cure till now, we will have to fight the fatal virus with the adequate precautionary measure. Many parts of the world have experienced an extensive lockdown, but the virus cannot halt lives forever, and we have to learn to combat it with the right measures.

At Mara, our team has formulated the above safety guidelines to ensure the optimum safety of the employees and customers. Through such precautionary steps, we aim to keep our doors open for our customers and continue to serve them.
